About the Position:

Mailroom Clerk - Irvine, CA (In-Office Position Only)

• Job Type: Full-time
• Hourly Pay Range: $19.00-$21.00
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:00 am -4:00 pm

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handle the retrieving, sorting and distributions of the daily mail and overnight packages to all Company department.
• Computer skills to include knowledge of Windows, E-Mail, and Microsoft Office.
• High proficiency in keyboarding and 10-key by touch.
• Able to juggle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Handle the preparation of outgoing mail and overnight packages.
• Distribute office supplies. • Maintain the storage areas, break rooms and copiers with paper.
• Handle the recycling area.
• Identify and report areas in need of repair(s).
• Perform minor repairs on leasehold fixtures, equipment, and furniture.
• Ability to build and install office furniture.
• Ability to work independently.
• Maintains a high degree of confidentiality with all information handled.
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times. Displays a willingness to take direction, works cooperatively with management and co-workers while projecting a positive demeanor
