RN Supervisor

Location: Rose City Nursing and Rehab | Lancaster, PA

Rose City Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to join our skilled nursing facility in Lancaster, PA.

The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the delivery of quality resident care, supervising nursing staff, coordinating clinical operations during assigned shifts, and ensuring compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations. This leadership role requires strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and a commitment to providing exceptional resident-centered care.

Rate: $45–$48/hour , depending on experience

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Previous supervisory or long-term care experience preferred

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to effectively direct and support nursing staff
