This role is responsible for end-to-end program execution, including managing budgets, deliverables, subcontractors, and geographically distributed teams across multiple concurrent projects to support one of the DoW’s data research and analytics environments.As a leader on our team, you will provide strong operational leadership, ensuring effective staffing, clear scope definition, and consistent delivery while serving as a trusted partner to both customers and internal teams. You will oversee the delivery of data engineering, data science, research, and enterprise platform IT operations. As you guide a team of data architects, data engineers, and data scientists, you’ll partner with customers to support operating an efficient and effective analytical or AI platform for critical research programs. In addition to driving performance, you will play a key role in shaping strategy, identifying innovative solutions, and supporting the growth and sustainment of the program within a dynamic research environment. You’ll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to lead the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress of efforts while bringing people together to make a tangible difference. The projected compensation range for this position is $142,900.00 to $266,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
