Position Title Psychotherapist (LCMHC, LMFT, Psychologist – PsyD/Ph.D.) Employment Type W-2 | Fee-for-Service | Pay Per Encounter Schedule Part-Time: 2 days per week (daytime hours; you pick the days!) Full-Time: Monday–Friday (daytime hours, typically a building a day) Coverage Areas This role includes 1 day in Salisbury, NC with additional clinical service days in one or more of the following locations: Charlotte Mooresville Clemmons Lexington Wilkesboro Sparta Yanceyville Henderson Gatesville Wilmington, NC Job Summary Telos Health Systems is seeking a Psychotherapist (LCMHC, LMFT, Psychologist – PsyD/Ph.D.) to provide mental health evaluations and psychotherapy services in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living Facilities. This role offers flexibility, clinical autonomy, and strong administrative and leadership support.
