Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of electricians and apprentices involved in residential electrical projects.
- Plan and schedule electrical installations, maintenance, and repair projects to ensure timely completion.
- Inspect electrical installations to ensure compliance with relevant standards and codes.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues and provide guidance and solutions.
- Collaborate with contractors, builders, and clients to achieve project goals and meet customer expectations.
- Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices to promote skill development and safety awareness.
- Prepare reports and keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role in residential settings.
- Minimum of Journeyman Electrician license required.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, tools, equipment, codes, and safety procedures.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Comfortable using technology for project management and reporting purposes.
