Lancaster Rehabilitation Hospital is also CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) Certified, holding quality and outcomes to the highest degree.How you'll contribute:A Physical Therapist who excels in this role:Conduct physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans.Provide direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function.Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.Document treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately.Collaborate with rehab teams and participate in discharge planning.Qualifications and requirementsEducation: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.Experience: Previous experience in rehab setting preferred.License: Current PT license.Certifications: CPR certification required.Why join usWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
