Registered Nurse 2 Yakima Valley School Residential Habilitation Center is hiring multiple Registered Nurses to provide compassionate and skilled care for adults with developmental disabilities in a supported living setting. The role supports a team of physicians, therapists, caregivers, and nurses dedicated to promoting dignity, safety, and support for residents. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician or nurse practitioner, including enteral feedings, respiratory therapy, skin and bowel care, IM injections, etc. Assess changes in condition and report concerns to the appropriate medical provider. Communicate health updates to family members, guardians, and care teams. Chart medications, treatments, and health details accurately in the Electronic Health Record. Document verbal and telephone orders from physicians correctly. Record observations and important health updates in residents’ clinical records. Assist in other units on campus as assigned. Respond appropriately to emergency situations. Shift Information Shifts: Night shift: 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM Swing shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM On‑call Shift differential is available for evening and night shifts. Employees working on-site at the location at least three days a week may be eligible for an additional 5% premium pay in addition to the advertised salary. Qualifications Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Washington State. Graduate of an accredited nursing program with at least one year of professional nursing experience, or college-level nursing education.
