About This Opportunity
Hiring an experienced Finish Carpenter for a growing local service company supporting residential and light commercial customers with handyman, carpentry, water treatment, and related field-service work.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, pays close attention to detail, and enjoys steady, full-time work across a variety of job sites.
Bonus Opportunity
- $350 Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance during the first 30 days
Assignment Details
Pay : $25.00+/hour (Depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire

- Drug Screen Required
- Background Check Required
- Client Interview Required
- Valid Driver’s License Required
Responsibilities
- Install trim, baseboards, crown molding, doors, windows, cabinets, and hardware
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision
- Read blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
- Complete punch-list and finishing work to high-quality standards
- Travel to residential and light commercial job sites across the Omaha metro area
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Bring and maintain basic finish carpentry tools
- Arrive on time and prepared each day
- Finish carpentry experience required
- 3 to 5 years preferred, minimum 1 year required
- Basic finish carpentry tools required
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to read a tape measure and work to precise measurements
- Ability to read blueprints and project specifications
- Experience with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Strong attendance, reliability, and professionalism
