The Special Sections Coordinator manages the production and coordination of print publications, digital content, and events and promotions. Working within a small team of 2-5 members, this role involves collaborating closely with Editorial, Marketing, and Design teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of special sections.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects related to special sections across print, digital, and event formats
- Oversee content development and ensure alignment with publication standards
- Collaborate with Editorial, Marketing, and Design teams to facilitate workflow
- Track progress and provide regular reporting on project status
- Manage timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in project coordination
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Effective time management and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail
