Production Supervisor

Seeking a motivated and engaged Production Supervisor to lead and direct the daily activities of the department. This individual is responsible for maintaining productivity, quality, service, and on‑time delivery in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring customer requirements and company goals are achieved. Responsibilities Provide daily leadership and supervision to hourly production employees to meet all goals Maintain and promote a safe and clean work environment Create and maintain a work environment that promotes employee engagement and continuous improvement Develop, maintain, and ensure adherence to standard work Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures Promote effective employee relations by providing coaching, training, development opportunities, and by appropriately addressing/resolving issues Perform other duties as may be assigned at manager's discretion Qualifications Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to effectively multi‑task and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Ability to build teams and maintain positive cross‑functional relationships Quality orientation with strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to learn Insight ERP system Minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment is required Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is required EEO, including Disability/Vets #J-18808-Ljbffr
