Project Manager for IT SFPA Systems

The Project Manager for IT SFPA Systems is responsible for managing delivery of scope for Information Technology services for Amtraks Real Estate Department called Stations, Facilities, Properties & Accessibility (SFPA) for projects such as Lease Management System, Facilities Management Mobile App, Vertical Transportation Monitoring System, Space Management System, and Construction Management.

At least 7 years of experience in project / program management of Corporate Real Estate and Financial Management integrated solutions that enable an organization to effectively manage a real estate portfolio. Must have expert knowledge of Corporate Real Estate and Financial Management solutions integration with back-end financials and use the latest digital technologies to improve real estate portfolio performance, building management, lease administration and accounting. Expertise in stakeholder management and leading cross-functional project update meetings Professional demeanor with strong communication/presentation skills Experience with hardware configuration and/or IOT monitoring implementations. Example: Building Management Systems (BMS) PMP Certification preferred Scrum Certification / SAFe Scrum Master preferred Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure Working knowledge of Agile Project Management tools such as Jira and Confluence Based in Washington, DC or Philadelphia, PA with 25% travel.
