Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking an Assembler 2 to join their team. As an Assembler 2, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the assembly line operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler 2

Location: Richmond, VA

Pay Range: $19.00

Shift: 1st and 2nd

What's the Job?

• Assemble products following engineering documents to ensure high-quality output
• Operate computer systems to check schedules and update manufacturing status
• Perform operator-based Go-No Go testing according to procedures
• Monitor the quality of parts used in the assembly process continually
• Assist in training other employees and resolve inquiries and problems

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
• Strong problem-solving skills in standardized situations
• Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset
