Position: Outpatient Mental Health Therapist Location: Minneapolis, MN Job Id: 2167 # of Openings: 1 Company: Associated Clinic of Psychology (ACP) Office Location: 4027 County Road 25, Minneapolis, MN 55416 Your Role As an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist, you will: Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence‑based approaches. Provide therapy to individuals, couples, groups, or families with a wide range of presenting concerns. Maintain timely and confidential clinical documentation, including diagnostic assessments, progress notes and treatment plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality of care. Uphold ethical standards and foster a safe, inclusive space for all clients. What You'll Need Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field. Licensed as an LMFT, LPCC, LP, or LICSW in Minnesota – additional licensure in Wisconsin is a plus! Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong organizational abilities and clinical judgment. Comfort with diverse populations and a passion for inclusive care.
