Operations Coordinator

The multimedia company owns and produces 417 Magazine, Biz 417, 417mag.com , biz417.com , 417 Custom Publishing and high impact thought leadership events. Four One Seven is looking for an Operations Coordinator who owns the day-to-day execution across office operations, circulation, culture and team experience, administrative coordinator, and finance support. This role is highly hands-on and service-oriented, serving as a key point of contact for staff, visitors, office vendors, and partners. This position ensures the office runs smoothly, leads company culture initiatives, and owns the subscriber experience. This role supports the overall operations of the office by maintaining an organized and welcoming environment, managing office systems and supplies, coordinating meetings and company culture initiatives, and assisting staff and visitors. Responsibilities also include overseeing subscription and circulation processes, handling customer and financial transactions, supporting sales and merchandise programs, and providing administrative support to leadership, including onboarding, event support, and executive communication management. Additional operational and departmental duties are performed as needed to support the organization's success. The ideal candidate will excel in professional communication, have a strong attention to detail, demonstrate good judgment and the ability to evaluate tasks and prioritize effectively. Education, Training and Experience Requirements Experience in customer service and office management 3-5 years work experience Evaluations and Outcomes The position will be evaluated after 90 days followed by annual performance reviews. Working Conditions Normal working conditions in an office environment absent extreme factors.
