What You Will Work On You’ll lead Academy’s omnichannel fraud operations, guiding a team of fraud analysts responsible for protecting digital transactions across order placement, payment, and fulfillment channels. You’ll set the strategy for fraud decisioning, authentication, risk assessment, and chargeback management while balancing loss prevention with a seamless customer experience. Using transaction data, behavioral insights, and emerging fraud trends, you’ll identify opportunities for greater automation and efficiency and advise on new business initiatives and platform changes to help protect Academy as its omnichannel business evolves. Who You Will Work With You’ll partner with Loss Prevention, Customer Care, Store Operations, Logistics, Finance, Product, Engineering, and other business teams to build consistent fraud prevention and verification practices. You’ll also work with payment partners, fraud technology providers, and other external teams to reduce financial risk and support secure customer transactions. What You Bring Bring your leadership, your ideas, and passion for sports and the outdoors.
