Responsibilities: Triage service requests frominternal stakeholders and agency partners to ensure the responsive resolution of incidents and handling of requests. Respond to security alerts and incidentsin global IT systems. Conductinvestigations of security incidents and anomalies todeterminethe scope, impact, and root causes. Collaborate with theSecurity Operationsteam to assess the urgency of each alert, as necessary. Perform incident response activities, including containment, eradication, and recovery, to minimize the impact of security incidents. Document all actions taken duringincidentresponseprocessfor future analysis and improvement. Coordinate withstakeholdersduring the incident response process, keeping them informed about the progress and involving them in decision-making. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, andthe IT industry more broadly to inform the defense of the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldORequivalent work experience Thoroughunderstanding of IT infrastructure technologies, including hardware, software, networking, and cloud services. Experience working within ITMS workflowswhile delivering high customer satisfaction. Demonstratedexpertisein how various platforms and technologiesintegrateto create comprehensive solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues andunderstand their business needs. Ability to understand, interpret, and apply common security standards and frameworks such as NIST,800-53, CIS,SOX, and ISO-27001. Experience with security technologiesincluding,SentinelOne, Abnormal Security, MicrosoftSuite, Rapid7 IVM,ServiceNow,Google SecOps,etc. Experience with the Microsoft Security suite including Defender and Purview applications Solid understanding of major operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux) Experience withIT infrastructure, networking, and software solutions. #LI-CH1 Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
