Job Title Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse: Avella/ Burgettstown What you’ll do as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Administering medications and treatments Assisting with wound care and personal care Educating patients and families Maintaining medical records Collaborating with other healthcare professionals Provide emotional support and companionship, building genuine connections with patients Who you are as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Strong clinical skills and knowledge of end-of-life care principles. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Compassion, empathy, and emotional resilience to provide comfort and support during end-of-life situations.
