Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A Department: Finance Reports To: Global Director of Finance FLSA Status: Exempt Position Summary The Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A is responsible for preparing financial projections, analyzing performance, and supporting budgeting processes. This role will help drive business decisions by providing clear insights and actionable data to senior management. Key Responsibilities Prepare long-term financial projections and support the operating budgeting process Benchmark and monitor KPIs and financial performance Evaluate and track Capex and financial initiatives Prepare cost-benefit and payback analysis Monitor expenditures (IT, HR, headcount, insurance, infrastructure) Handle controlling functions Manage general purchasing activities and improve function Monitor and administer vendor contracts Prepare ad hoc financial analysis and project reports for senior management Skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks, while meeting deadlines under tight time constraints. Desire to grow and take on increased responsibilities over time.
