Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Warehouse Associate in Marietta, GA. In this dynamic, hands-on role, you will be responsible for operating material handling equipment, loading and unloading shipments, and supporting daily operations alongside a tight-knit 3-person team. In a Shipping & Warehouse Associate job you'll be responsible for:

• Operating a cherry picker and forklift safely and efficiently.

• Assisting with unloading shipping containers by hand.

• Loading, stacking, and organizing products onto pallets safely.

• Preparing and moving inventory and materials throughout the warehouse.

• Supporting general shipping, receiving, and warehouse associate tasks.

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and highly organized warehouse environment.

• Working collaboratively and effectively as part of a small warehouse team.

What you'll need:

• Previous cherry picker operator experience (required).

• Prior warehouse associate or shipping experience (preferred).

• Physical capability to perform hands-on warehouse work.

• Ability to safely lift and move items weighing up to 30–50 lbs.

• High reliability, strong work ethic, and team-player mindset.

Perks:

• Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
