Customer Training Specialist

Manage software configurations and baseline updates for the ESM system. Operate the ESM subsystem during active missions or trials. Collaborate with external intelligence and technical agencies to validate and verify data accuracy. Document/support technical analysis and assessments with strong attention to detail. Analyze/Resolve EW feedback reports from the operational user community. Requirements Proven experience in Electronic Warfare (EW) or ESM system operations. Ability to work with technical coding, data protocols, and software configuration management tools. Strong analytical skills to interpret signal data and recognize technical patterns or system anomalies. Technical reporting skills and cross-agency coordination capability. 5+ years of experience in Electronic Warfare (EW) systems and operations (preferred). Experience analyzing, designing, and integrating ground based ELINT and EW systems (preferred).Familiarity with tools such as JIRA (preferred). Experience with MATLAB, Python, and other ESM software tools (preferred).
