We maintain a safe work environment and ensure the implementation of all maintenance safety programs.Benefits include:All necessary Tools and Safety equipment are supplied at no chargeRecently revised Mechanic pay scale provides a competitive wage and benefits, based on experiencePrimary Responsibilities:Ensure regular preventative Maintenance is performed on all equipmentPerform mechanical and electrical trouble shooting and repair of equipmentHydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting and repairInstallation of new equipmentWelding and metal fabrication of parts in need of repairRepairs and maintenance to buildings and grounds for the Distribution CenterSkills & RequirementsMechanical experience with a willingness to continue to learnExperience or schooling in the following areas are preferred but not limited to:Preventative MaintenanceMechanical troubleshooting and repairHydraulic and Pneumatic repair3 phase AC and DC electrical testingElectric Forklift repairConveyor maintenance and repairVariable Frequency Drives and motor Soft StartersPLC programming and schematic readingWelding and metal fabricationAbility to lift up to 50lbs-70lbsAbility to effectively use hand toolsAbility to sit or stand for an entire shiftRequires intermittent periods of bending, reaching, pulling, and stoopingAbility to work additional hours
