NICU Registered Nurse (RN) Permanent Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Acute Care Women's and Children's Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dedicated Neonatal Intensive Care team providing specialized care to critically ill and premature newborns.

NICU RN Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to premature, critically ill, and medically complex newborns
• Monitor and assess neonatal patients and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies
• Collaborate with neonatologists, physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams
• Educate and support parents and families throughout the infant's hospitalization
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in quality improvement and patient-safety initiatives
• Provide compassionate, family-centered care

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the applicable state
• ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program
• Previous NICU experience required
• Strong neonatal assessment and critical-care skills
• BLS certification required
• NRP certification required or obtained within required timeframe
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
