We are growing our child and adolescent services and are looking for a therapist who genuinely enjoys working with kids, teens, and families. Our North Shore community has strong demand for clinicians who can help with anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation, behavioral concerns, school challenges, family stress, and life transitions. We are particularly interested in therapists comfortable working with elementary-age children as well as adolescents. You do not need to bring a full caseload with you. We actively invest in helping our clinicians grow through Google Ads, Meta advertising, SEO, community partnerships, school and provider outreach, sponsorships, and referral development.

Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you:

• Enjoy working with children, adolescents, and families
• Are comfortable seeing younger school-age children, including some children around age 5
• Have experience with anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation, behavioral concerns, or family dynamics
• Are comfortable partnering with parents and caregivers when clinically appropriate
• Have experience with play-based, CBT, behavioral, family, or other developmentally appropriate approaches
• Want the flexibility of private practice with more support and stability
• Are motivated to grow professionally and build a strong caseload

Independent licensure is preferred, but we will consider strong pre-licensed clinicians with relevant experience and a marketable specialty. Limited-Time Transition Incentive Qualified clinicians joining our Bannockburn team may be eligible for a transition incentive of up to $3,000.

Additional eligibility requirements apply. What You'll Do

• Provide therapy to children and adolescents
• Complete assessments and individualized treatment plans
• Partner with parents and caregivers as appropriate
• Provide evidence-based, developmentally appropriate care
• Maintain timely clinical documentation
• Build toward approximately 25 completed sessions per week for full-time status
• Collaborate with colleagues and referral partners
• Participate in consultation and professional development

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field
• Illinois license or pre-license: LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD, LSW, LPC, or ALMFT
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate, dependable care
• Ability to complete required background screening

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
