Role Description The Route Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Tampa, FL. This position is responsible for managing an assigned delivery route, including loading, transporting, and unloading linens and related products at customer locations. The Route Sales Representative builds and maintains strong customer relationships, responds to service requests, identifies upselling opportunities, and ensures accurate invoicing and account information. Daily tasks include inspecting products for quality, keeping delivery vehicles clean and organized, adhering to safety and company procedures, and communicating regularly with the operations team about customer needs and route performance. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach in a physically active work environment. Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional client relationships. Basic sales and account management skills, including identifying customer needs and offering appropriate service solutions. Good organizational and time management skills to manage routes, schedules, and delivery documentation. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving linen products and pushing carts throughout the workday. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to safely operate company vehicles. Clear verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams. Reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.
