Performs routine cleaning such as wiping down tables. Participates in distribution of operating room supplies and trays/sets. Performs all tasks as assigned in a neat and organized manner. Maintains and prevents cross contamination by observing dress codes, environmental policies, and traffic control.ExperienceNo experience requiredPreferred QualificationsGraduate of a Sterile Processing and/or Surgical Technology program6 months relevant clinical experienceEducationHigh school diploma or equivalentCertification SummaryWithin 18 months must attain a Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) and/or Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD) certification.
