Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their wireless needs and provide product guidance
• Maintain thorough product knowledge to effectively promote wireless services and devices
• Manage sales orders accurately and efficiently
• Conduct customer follow-up to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve processes
• Participate in regional and local travel to support field sales efforts

Required Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License
• High School Diploma or GED
