Paint Line Associate

Job Full Description

West Bend company looking for Paint Line Production Helpers on 1st shift!

Key duties and responsibilities may include:

• Hang/remove parts from Paint Line
• Inspect parts visually
• Sort and count order quantities
• Data entry and basic computer functions
• Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards
• Assist in other departments as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• No experience necessary!
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have steel-toed boots or shoes (and/or metatarsal guards)
• Demonstrated detail orientation, self-motivation, and ability to multi-task

Job Specifications:

• Pay Range: $18-26/hour
  • A $2 shift premium would be added to their wage once a direct hire
• Shift(s): 2nd
• Hours: M-F, 1:30pm-10pm
