Production Associate

Production Associate Location: Jacksonville, FL Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 10-Hour Shifts (3-Day Weekends- Friday required only as needed) Pay: Opportunity for $1 increase after less than 90 days based on performance upon coverting permanately to team Join a Growing Manufacturing Team! What You'll Do Assemble filtration systems, filters, and related components according to work instructions Package finished products for shipment Read and follow production work orders, assembly instructions, and quality standards Safely use hand tools and power tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, and tape measures Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Assist with moving materials using pallet jacks or hand trucks when needed Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company quality standards Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or production experience preferred Comfortable using basic hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable with excellent attendance and a strong work ethic Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft 365 Ability to read work instructions and perform basic math calculations Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift Frequently bend, stoop, climb, and work at waist level Lift up to 30 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds regularly Comfortable working in an industrial warehouse environment Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, and respirators when necessary Ability to safely work around manufacturing equipment and occasionally use ladders Why Join Us? 4-day workweek with Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off (Fridays as needed) Overtime opportunities based on business needs Career advancement opportunities Progressive pay increases Quarterly bonus incentives Stable, growing manufacturing company Team-oriented work environment focused on safety and quality If you're dependable, enjoy hands-on work, and are looking to grow your career in manufacturing, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ascendo-Resources
