Leave Management Specialist

As a subject matter expert on leave policies, the full-time remote Leave Management Specialist will manage employee leaves of absence, coordinate benefits under company policies, and assist with pay-related leave questions and escalations. Key responsibilities Oversee administration of employee leaves of absence, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws and company policies Manage the full spectrum of leave and accommodation requests, advising employees and management on eligibility and coverage Collaborate with HR and benefits teams to address leave-related questions and coordinate leave benefits Required qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university 3+ years of experience in human resources, payroll, or benefits administration Leave management experience preferred Functional knowledge of HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, USERRA, STD, and LTD Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
