Stand-Up Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate

• Compensation: $18.00 per hour

• Job Site Location: Spanish Fork, Utah

• Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM

• Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

• Lift, move, stack, and handle cases weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Read product labels, lot numbers, quantities, and inventory information accurately.

• Verify large numerical quantities, including quantities expressed in the millions, to support accurate inventory and material movement.

• Pick, stage, organize, and transport materials according to warehouse and production needs.

• Maintain accuracy while working efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Identify basic inventory, labeling, or material-handling issues and use problem-solving skills to resolve or report them.

• Follow all workplace safety procedures, equipment guidelines, and company policies.

Required:

• Ability to safely operate a stand-up forklift and warehouse machinery.

• Ability to lift and move cases weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Basic ability to read and understand labels, written instructions, lot numbers, and quantities.

• Ability to accurately read and write large numerical quantities, including numbers in the millions.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to keep pace in a fast-moving warehouse or production environment.

• Self-motivation and basic problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work Monday through Thursday from 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM.

Preferred:

• Previous warehouse, material handling, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience.

• Previous experience operating a stand-up forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

• Experience working with inventory tracking, lot numbers, product labels, or production materials.
