Job Description Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for the CVICU with expertise in managing patients undergoing complex cardiovascular procedures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, high-acuity environment. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a 8-bed CVICU setting. Maintain patient safety and manage critical care equipment (Impella, IABP, CRRT). Administer medications and perform assessments as per protocols. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care. Document patient care accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system (Cerner). Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1.5 years of CVICU experience.
