Data Product Manager Data & Analytics

Position: Data Product Manager Data & Analytics Location: Saint Paul, MN Hybrid/Remote Pay rate : $ 55 to $ 60 per Hour Key Responsibilities
- Lead data product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Drive modernization from legacy mainframe systems to data lakes and data curation platforms.
- Partner with Data Engineering, Data Science, Architecture, Analytics, and business teams.
- Build trusted, reusable, governed, and scalable data products.
- Define KPIs, dashboards, analytics, governance, privacy, and responsible data use.
Required / Preferred Skills
- 4 7 years of experience in Data Management, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of data pipelines, data warehousing, modeling, metadata, and governance.
- Significant experience with Databricks .
- Strong SQL, Data Lakes, ETL/Data Pipelines experience.
- Familiarity with Python / Java .
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and/or dbt .
- Strong product leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with modern data architecture and highly regulated environments.
