Position Overview UCHealth Medical Group and the Orthopedic group in Colorado Springs are ready to welcome a board‑eligible/certified, fellowship‑trained Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon to meet the demands of our fast‑growing community. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, interested in working full‑time and focused on excellent patient care. Team and Setting Work in a robust team of fifteen Orthopedic physicians covering three hospitals, an ambulatory surgery center, and multiple clinics in Colorado Springs. Our high‑functioning and high‑producing team includes ten elective subspecialty trained surgeons, including two well‑established total joint surgeons, four Orthopedic Traumatologists, and one non‑operative physician. You’ll have excellent ancillary support and state‑of‑the‑art equipment available, such as onsite diagnostic imaging that ensures optimized clinical workflow. Be part of a large, physician‑led, non‑profit health system with access to referrals from a wide‑reaching network of primary care physicians. EPIC EMR is utilized system‑wide. Compensation and Benefits The pay range for this full‑time position is $732,000-$813,000 annually. If applicable, a quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered. Relocation package may be offered to eligible candidates. Paid malpractice. Generous continuing medical education (CME) allowance. 403(b) with employer matching contribution; 457(b) voluntary option if eligible.
