Job SummaryGeneral requirements include a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), minimum of two years in mechanics, a valid Louisiana driver's license, ability to work well with co-workers, excellent customer service skills, and availability to work any day, any shift.Essential job functions involve general maintenance and repair of minor problems throughout the building, adherence to OSHA regulations and internal safety policies, operating company vehicles as needed, conducting preventative maintenance, supporting and maintaining Horseshoe courtesy guidelines, promoting outstanding guest relations, and performing all other duties as assigned.Demands necessary to complete essential job functions include the ability to work independently, respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guest and employee conflicts, standing for prolonged periods, responding to visual and aural cues, stooping, bending, maneuvering up and down stairs, lifting 50 pounds, having manual dexterity to perform various tasks, recognizing and responding to individuals with their questions, and presenting a well-groomed appearance.Work environment includes tolerating areas containing second hand smoke, dust, and bright lights, operating equipment such as computers, telephones, fax, and copy machine, learning and retaining locations, operation, and repair procedures of the property's mechanical systems, equipment, and life safety system, and having the coordination and dexterity to work with various equipment.About UsAt Caesars Entertainment, Inc., our team members create the extraordinary.
