Community OB RN: Home Visits & Education Specialist

Intermountain Health Spanish Fork Hospital in Utah seeks a full-time Maternal Health Connection RN to support obstetric care in the community. This role covers in-person, virtual, and home visits, coordinating visits and delivering education. Responsibilities include nursing assessments, care planning with physicians, lactation counseling, fetal monitoring, postpartum and birthing planning, and resource coordination.
