As a Behavior Technician, you\'ll play a key role in delivering direct ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services to children and their families. You\'ll work closely with parents, caregivers, and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to create positive, lasting change across various settings, including the home, school, clinic, and community. Key Responsibilities: Assist in providing ABA services and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with the BCBA to ensure treatment integrity and effectiveness. Observe and track client progress through data collection and treatment goals. Provide support in areas such as self-help skills, socialization, adaptive skills, and behavioral management. Maintain a consistent and reliable schedule while attending required meetings and trainings. Minimum Qualifications: Familiarity with ABA principles and ethical guidelines 3 months experience in providing ABA services or related services. 40-hour RBT coursework certificate State of AZ Article 9 Training First Aid/CPR Certification Obtain RBT Certificate within 30 days of hire and prior to service delivery. State of AZ Prevention and Support Training - obtained within the 30 days of hire or prior to service delivery ABA Ethical Guidelines.
