BluHope is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-to-one ABA therapy to children in Columbus, Georgia and the surrounding communities.

This is direct, hands-on work: you'll implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collect data during sessions, and be part of the progress a child and family make week over week. You won't be doing it alone — our RBTs get scheduled, consistent supervision from a BCBA who answers the phone.

What you'll do:

• Deliver one-to-one ABA therapy sessions following the treatment plan
• Collect accurate session data and complete session notes
• Work with children in home, school, and community settings
• Communicate with caregivers and your supervising BCBA
• Attend team meetings and trainings

What we're looking for:

• Active RBT credential — OR willingness to complete the 40-hour training and competency assessment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Patience, consistency, and a genuine interest in working with kids
• Ability to pass a background check

No ABA experience? That's okay. If you have experience with children — childcare, teaching, coaching, camp counseling — and you're willing to learn, we want to hear from you.
