Pediatrician

Nurse Team Leader/Ambulatory/UKHCPediatric Specialty Clinic is seeking a Nurse Team Leader to manage nursing teams with the divisions of Pediatric BMI Clinic Pediatric Infectious Disease and Pediatric Psychology Clinic. This position will manage daily clinic flow provide direct patient care as well as day to day oversight of nursing and clinical staff. In addition this position will work closely with the division chief and providers to create maintain and implement clinical protocols and procedures to ensure continuity of care. The Nurse Team Lead works closely with the Practice Manager and Nurse Clinical Manager to operationalize ambulatory clinic issues nursing directives scheduling templates protocols and staffing models.Skills / Knowledge / Abilities: Basic computer knowledge MS Windows Word Outlook and clinical applications. Supervisor experience is preferred but not required.Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? YesPreferred Education/Experience: BSN with one to two years experience preferred but not required.
