Job Full Description

Position: Sales Assistant

A Contracting company in Fort Worth is hiring a Sales Assistant!

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Temp to Hire

Pay: $17-19/hr + commission after 30 days

Position Responsibilities:

Meet with cities/municipalities regarding their concrete needs
Prospect for new business and build relationships with customers
Set up and attend meetings with potential customers
Prepare estimates and bids
Maintain existing accounts while developing new business
Construction industry experience is helpful
Comfortable working independently and being out in the field
Responsibilities include bidding, invoicing, and checking in on crews
Main office is located in the DFW area, with travel throughout the region
Expected to come into the office at the beginning and end of the day
Company truck provided

Position Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills
Ability to communicate professionally over the phone, via email, and in person
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Clean driving record
