Case Management Specialist - Hospital Discharge & Appeals

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking an Integrated Case Management Specialist to support insurance management with payors and Care Coordinators. You will prepare Appeals/Denials and manage communications, while handling mail, phone inquiries, Medicaid appointments and discharge tasks. You will prepare comprehensive discharge reports and supply Medicare letters before discharge.
