Full Stack Developer

Required Education

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field, plus 8+ years of experience.
• OR Master's degree in a related field, plus 6+ years of experience.
• OR No degree, with 10+ years of experience in this capacity.

Required Skills o 8+ years of professional software development experience. o 8+ years of experience designing and developing software applications in Java. o 3+ years of hands-on experience developing in AWS, specifically with:

• CloudFormation templates
• Deploying ECS clusters, Lambda, Fargate
• Amazon Elastic Search, S3
• Strong understanding of IAM roles and policies

o Proven experience in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining software at scale. o Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases. o Knowledge of application architectural patterns (e.g., MVC, Microservices, Event-driven). o Experience deploying software using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps. o Experience deploying and maintaining software using public clouds (AWS or Azure). o Experience working within an Agile framework (ideally Scrum). o Solid knowledge of computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms). Preferred Skills

• Experience with batch or stream processing systems (e.g., AWS SQS, SNS, Kinesis).
• Experience designing well-defined RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with API tools (Swagger, Postman, Assertible).
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
• Hands-on experience with testing tools (Selenium, Cucumber) and their integration into CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with specific datastores: DynamoDB, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis, Elasticsearch, MySQL, Oracle.
• Mentoring skills to provide support and constructive performance feedback.

Job Responsibilities

• Work as part of an Agile team and participate in all Scrum activities (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, etc.).
• Design, code, test, and debug programs of high complexity.
• Perform configuration or customization of purchased software solutions with high complexity.
• Provide project management, programming, systems, and/or system administration leadership, guidance, and assistance to other team members.
• Work on complex application/technical problem identification and resolution, including off-shift and weekend support.
• Develop major system modules, programs, or infrastructure releases based on customer requirements.
• Perform integrated testing and customer acceptance testing.
• Assist customers with documentation, training, and usability efforts.
• Review and approve modifications of existing databases and database management systems.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to safeguard information.
• Approve, schedule, plan, and supervise the installation and testing of new products and system improvements.
• Develop standards and guidelines for software use, acquisition, and information security.
• Review project requests to estimate time and cost requirements.
