Qualifications: • • Must hold an active Virginia real estate license. • Familiarity with alternative real estate transaction strategies is a plus, though a strong interest in learning is also valued. • Willing and able to guide clients through both traditional sales and creative transaction solutions. • Professional, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently while maintaining a strong focus on consistent activity and results. Compensation: $180,000+ at plan commission
