We are seeking high-performing Instructional Systems Designers (ISD) to support a client program. THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT ON CONTRACT AWARD Work Schedule and Location On-Site Requirement: Full time onsite in Arlington, Virginia. Current or obtainable Public Trust security clearance required. Who You Are & What You’ll Do The Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) will design, develop, deliver, and evaluate a comprehensive asset forfeiture training program aligned with organizational mission requirements. This role involves managing a curriculum consisting of 5 courses (25-30 modules each) covering the full asset lifecycle, financial management, and legal compliance. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in adult education with classroom facilitation skills to deliver practical, role-based, and performance-oriented training, in particular with formal training and instructional techniques classroom and virtual instruction. What You Bring to the Table - Requirements Security Clearance: Current or obtainable Public Trust clearance Education: Bachelor’s degree in education, adult education, curriculum and instruction, or related degree (A graduate degree in education or related fields is preferred). In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, at least ten (10) years of work experience as described below. Experience - Methodological Knowledge : At least five (5) years of work experience with formal training and instructional techniques classroom and virtual instruction; blended learning; workshops; simulations; case studies; and microlearning events Instructional Track Record : Proven professional teaching and facilitation experience spanning both physical classroom and virtual environments. Advanced Software Proficiency : Expert-level hands-on experience utilizing Microsoft Office and corporate productivity suites, specifically: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access Microsoft Visio (process mapping) Microsoft Project (timeline/milestone tracking) Delivery Platforms : Familiarity or direct experience managing virtual sessions and tracking enrollment through MS Teams, Webex, and federal or institutional Learning Management Systems (LMS). Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $80,000 - $105,000 annually.
