Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Litigation Paralegal to join and lead our team. In this role, you will provide support to our trial team and assist in all phases of the litigation process. You will perform legal research, conduct interviews, file documents, and attend trials. We're looking for a skilled litigation paralegal who combines technical expertise with a passion for mentorship, helping to build a high-performing team while delivering outstanding support to attorneys and clients. 

Responsibilities 

• Assist attorneys with all stages of the litigation process, from case inception through trial. 
• Ensure that case-related documents are well organized and available for review
• Conduct legal research and investigation
• Coordinate and manage case files, exhibits, and discovery materials. 
• Communicate with clients and witnesses 
• File court documents electronically and ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedures. 
• Attend trials, hearings, depositions, and mediations as needed to provide litigation support. 
• Maintain and update documentation 
• Assist with discovery requests

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree; Paralegal certificate a plus. 
• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience required. 
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and legal terminology. 
• Excellent legal research, writing, and organizational skills. 
• Proficiency with legal case management software (CLIO). 
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet strict deadlines. 
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. 
• Ability to work independently and with the team
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

Compensation is negotiable and based on my experience and skills.
