Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA Active Massachusetts physical therapy license required to start the assignment BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric caseloads preferred Experience with Net Health EMR preferred Current professional resume required for submission Preferred Qualifications Previous travel therapy experience preferred Experience managing a high-volume geriatric caseload preferred Assignment Details Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8‑hour shifts. Guaranteed hours: 35 per week. Contribute to interdisciplinary care planning and functional improvement for residents. Maintain documentation in the facility EMR and support quality and safety initiatives. Location Highlights Garden, MA is near Wachusett Mountain and close to the New Hampshire border. The area is about a 20‑minute drive to Wachusett Mountain Ski Area and within an hour to central Worcester. Gardner offers New England summer recreation, local parks, and a short drive to larger regional attractions and commuter routes toward Boston and northern New England.
