Workday HCM Consultant

Job Title: Workday HCM Consultant
Location: Chandler, AZ / Minneapolis, MN / Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) Consultant Type: W2 only This position will be on the Absence Workday product team. This person will be a key partner with business and product stakeholders to gather/refine requirements, assist with development, and complete UAT testing prior to release. Excellent communication is a must as they will be working closely with executive-level employees, as well as the product team. Required Qualifications• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Workday Absence in an analyst or lead role
• Strong experience gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and supporting testing
• Deep understanding of Workday Business Process Framework Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with additional Workday modules (Payroll, Benefits, Core HCM, etc.)
• Experience supporting or partnering on Workday integrations
• Prior Workday certification
• Experience supporting Workday tenants in large, complex organizations
