Full-time - 120 Clinic Shifts per year/168 call shifts per year. Position Highlights * Compensation: $366,000 + total package with production incentive * Incentives: $35,000 starting bonus, up to $100,000 student loan repayment (PSLF eligible) * Practice Setting: 98-bed Level III Trauma Center. We have Life Flight services available 24-7-365 to receive & transport patients as needed. We offer comprehensive, specialty care, including a da Vinci Robotics surgery. * Schedule: Potential for a flexible schedule, with options for a two-week on/two-week off model or a one-week on/one-week off model. * Team: Work alongside three experienced OBGYNs, one APP and four MFMs and one Gynecologic Oncologist * Call: Manageable call schedule with team support. 24 hours in the hospital (attend deliveries, perform emergency C-sections, round on patients, etc.) * Travel Stipend: $2,000.00/per month * Mentorship: Collaborative group with excellent team dynamic Qualifications * MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine? * ACGME accredited residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology * Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology * Active, unobstructed Montana medical license, or the ability to obtain one? * Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process? * Passion for Obstetrics and Gynecology * Experience preferred Benefits Package * Medical, dental, and vision coverage (including coverage for pets) * Retirement savings plan with employer contribution * Paid time off, license reimbursement, malpractice coverage * Annual CME allowance + CME time * Student loan repayment support (up to $100,000) * PSLF eligible About Intermountain Health Intermountain Health is a not-for-profit, integrated health system with: * 33 hospitals, 400 clinics, and 5,000+ employed physicians and APPs * Presence across seven states in the Mountain West * A commitment to quality, affordability, and compassionate care
