Job Summary We are looking for a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to serve as the front‑line contact for English and Spanish speaking florist members. The role involves answering calls and processing customer requests, ensuring each interaction reinforces Teleflora’s commitment to superior service. This entry‑level, hybrid position is located in Oklahoma City, requiring on‑site presence Monday‑Wednesday and remote work Thursday‑Friday. Responsibilities Take customer service calls from English and Spanish speaking member florists, including billing inquiries and order confirmations. Assist florists with questions, requests, product purchases, and problem resolution. Handle incoming calls such as flower orders, product orders, directory changes, credit‑card equipment orders, equipment troubleshooting, customer statement inquiries, web hosting, and additional duties as needed. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (required). Fluent in both Spanish and English. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to make decisions with little direction and pay strong attention to detail. 1–2 years of customer service or call‑center experience. Basic math skills and typing speed of 25 WPM or higher. Proficient in basic computer skills. Working Conditions Must be able to work extended hours, including overtime as requested, to meet company deadlines.
