Dispatcher / Warehouse Manager

Job Overview Job Title:Dispatcher / Warehouse Manager Industry:Moving and Storage / Logistics Location:New Jersey (On-site) Employment Type:Full-Time Compensation:$55,000 - $70,000 per year (or $25 - $32 per hour) Key Responsibilities Daily Dispatching:Route trucks, assign drivers and movers, and adjust schedules for last-minute changes. Customer Service:Call clients with arrival times and answer questions during transit. Warehouse Control:Track storage vaults, manage inventory, and keep the warehouse clean and safe. Driver Compliance:Check driver logs, truck maintenance reports, and DOT rule compliance. Equipment Care:Inspect moving trucks, packing supplies, and warehouse tools regularly. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience:Two years of work in moving, dispatching, or warehouse logistics. Local Knowledge:Good understanding of New Jersey roads, bridges, and traffic laws. Communication:Clear speaking skills for talking to crews and clients by phone or radio. Tech Skills:Proficiency using Supermove software and inventory databases. Physical Needs:Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 pounds when helping in the warehouse Preferred Qualifications Commercial License:A valid Class A or B CDL driver's license.
