CMM Lab Technician / QA Nightshift Lead

This position is responsible for supporting manufacturing quality by programming and operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), performing dimensional inspections, and verifying product conformance to customer specifications. This role works closely with Engineering, Set-Up, and Production departments to support new program launches, first piece approvals, quality audits, gauge management, and continuous improvement initiatives. The technician ensures accurate documentation, effective shift communication, and maintains a safe, organized laboratory environment while overseeing assigned second-shift quality activities. Hours for this position are 4:30pm to 4:00 am M-F and an 8 hour shift if required on the weekend. Initial training may be a split shift. Aimwel
